Well Im 20 now and I have a 13 month old son. I had a hard time while I was pregnant then actally giving birth. I was sick for 5 months while trying to finish my last few months of high school. After I got over the morning sickness I was fine for about a month then I started having pains up in my ribs. I couldnt sit or stand up for very long. Im pretty sure he was stuck up in my ribs and there wasnt anything the doctors could do about it. I had him a month early for no reason. I didnt even know I was in labor but I had minor pains in my stomach so my doctor wanted to check to make sure I wasnt going into labor. So I went to the hospital and the doctor was shocked and told me that I was already 4 cm dialated and that I would have my son that day. I was in total shock because I only gained 17 lbs so I thought i would have him late plus, I wasnt really in any pain. I didnt have anything ready or nothing packed. So I called my fiance and my mom went home and got everything I needed and got things ready for my son and 8 hours later I had him. I went ahead and got an epidoral at 7 cm not because I was in pain but because I was worried that my contractions would start getting bad and I didnt want to wait until then and not be able to get one. I had a hard pregnancy but got lucky on giving birth. The one thing I was always so worried and scared about. Women are different and no pregnancy is the same. It just depends. Im thankful I finally got lucky on atleast giving birth.
