Im the kind of girl who is busy, but still organized in life. I have a stable house, job, friends, boyfriend, but im convinced there is something wrong with my sleeping patterns.
Sometimes its like insomnia, where i want to get to sleep, but cant for the life of me for days on end. And sometimes I just go, as in at the dinner table or i dunno - watching TV. I also constantly feel sick around food and drink and suffer terribly with migraines.
Any suggestions are most very welcome. | |
