h3yy,
I am only 13 and i think i am sooo fat.I am 5'3 and i weigh about 120 and i have been that same weight for almost 3 years.I am reallllyyy self conscious about myself and i alwayes were really big hoodies that are near my knees.Since i always were hoodies every day people are always saying things to me about it and the guys dont like me because i wear them.....im really confused with why i cant lose weight,i workout and i try to eat right but i am a really picky eater.

so does anyone have some advice for me.i need to know if all you think im fat or am i just exaggerating.

I don't think you are fat. Sometimes, if you put your best effort into exercise, you gain muscle which is healthy and there is such thing as untoned muscle which means you have fat to keep you alive underneath. I'm 5'7" and 170 and my stomach has been really muscular for the past six months ever since I've been doing intense exercise. My BMI is far off mistaken because the muscle I have for my thighs, stomach, arms, and legs account for it a lot. Honestly, I think 5'3" and 120 isn't all that bad. As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle, you will be a healthy person. -Emily
