I actually think I have a problem here. I know a girl who is doing cocaine on and off of school grounds which isn't the best possible situation in the world but you want to do is the girl such as the way I feel since she first started. I do know I can be expelled from school from not reporting any suspicious activity and I sure as hell wouldn't mind doing it for a girl in need, even if it meant my life. I know I wouldn't be in any trouble legally because I have never possessed any of the drug paraphernelia or the cocaine itself. However, the only thing I have done with the girl was communication which I know isn't illegal to speak of drugs. I do also know that the schools have a strict drug enforcement policy in accordance to state and federal law but has more to it than just the law. I would never intend on trying any illegal substance or posses it by any means necessary. The girl has began rehab locally without the school knowing which can get me in even more trouble since I had suggested the matter for her individualized attention. If they truly believe it is left to the adults, too bad. I will tell them too that if that girl cannot trust them, why bother going to them? If she could trust me to handle this in an appropriate manner without me running to the police because that can mess everything up. Yes, police may be there to protect and serve but I wouldn't want to do so because it is required by law that they have to get in contact with the school. Too bad...If I get expelled because I have done nothing but to the girl, I'll go get my education somewhere else. If worst comes to worst to where I have to advise them of the incident, I wouldn't tell the school the whole story but I would to the police if they'd come knocking on my door with someone reporting suspicious drug activity. Good for you schools...Let the state police tell you so I can get expelled. I have done nothing but the child without crying to my momma for every situation I have had with her. Yes, there are legal ways to handle this stuff and not always posession. You know what, I'll also tell their asses if they'd like, who freaking cares if I ever want to be a state trooper. I'm sure as hell they don't have a bunch of monthly quotas like you'd want locals writing every ticket under the sun because of a girl possessing cocaine. So, let me advise them too that just because I may be an expert at this doesn't mean I go running to the law when there is other necessary action to be taken before this girl is run out. I will tell them too to go ahead and expell me because I will take every last opportunity when it comes to anyone, not just my career so don't ask me, 'Well...what about your state trooper career, Emily...' Bull hockey, I will look and stare at them hoping they don't truly think that subject is important. So now they take everything onto my future career. God damnit, they need to get their priorities straight. Secondly, I'm not a state trooper. They handle things according to law and that is not in my authority and I am sorry if the school cannot understand that either. So, good, let them expell me as long as I know that girl is safe and I'll be damned if I lay a finger on that cocaine. There is not one rule that says I have to handle things in accordance to law because of my interest. All they want is one down, thirty-three to go my bet. I don't even care if they think I am with the wrong group. They must surly see a problem with a student's safety handled in a precise manner and I am also sorry schools if there is a Virginia state law that says and individual obsessed with law enforcement must take action against one another and get them in legal trouble. I don't even see that in the god damn code books which means there is no state law saying I have to gang up with one of my so called 'state boys' and go make a drug bust. As long as the girl is safe, I really don't f***ing care about myself. Her future and dreams matter most to me and really doesn't require their damned attorney unless the law had caught her. If I take drug paraphernalia into my possession, even if it were for evidence, I can be in deep legal trouble. Go ahead officer, search me. I have nothing stuck inside of my shoes, pants, hat, and check me more if you'd like. Let them check me, I don't smoke. Let the school expell me because I assissted another in distress from first trying drugs. Go ahead and see how smart I am when the K9s come if you'd like. No, I'm not a lawyer or anything legally important but I surly have knowledge for the mother f***ing law. I really don't care who does what or where I am. Everything I long to do will never be broken, especially if it is a girl whose life is crying for . Now, what in the hell would you say to the school? | |
