is there such a thing? cause i had alcohol for the 1st time last night and today when i woke up, my whole body was red. its kinda itchy too. is it possible that the alcohol i consumed last night caused this?

It is rare but not totally impossible. Sometimes, when people first start consuming alcohol they'll receive this rash. It is nothing life threatening but should be cautious.
