so I'm not sure what i am doing. .. well i cut but not like deep enough to see blood except a couple times but when i do something stupid or i say something stupid or i get in trouble i punish my self by taking the sissors and pressing hard on the side of my wrist and just to make a mark some scratches. done it since 7th grade. i'm in 10th now so do u think this is cutting cause i wasnt sure because i just do scratches.. i know this sounds so stupid message me
