I have heard that having sex during your period will  reduce your cramps is this true?? Has anyone done this? | |

| Sex definitely s, although the underlying reduction in cramps is through orgasm. Certainly, sex will in that you have something to take your mind off cramps and that a penis is stimulating your sexual organs/responses. Alternatively, masturbating s as well, so it isn't necessary to engage in sex, especially because many males find it repulsive to have sex during the menstruation. If you do have a boyfriend/husband who is willing though, I would definitely encourage you as the post-orgasm effect is that you will feel a lot less cramp tension because it relaxes your vaginal muscles. | |
