i dont want any nagging, because i have heard it all before, but is it possible to lose 40 pounds in 3 months? that would be like 12 pounds a month, so just three pounds a week...i think.
what would i have to do?
any advice would be appreciated, workouts, zero calorie foods, anything

not snacking all day long is a good idea. im not exactly sure it will help you lose that much in so little time, but it will help you lose some weight. just eat three meals a day. try not to go over-board on the sweets at breakfast. pancakes are fine. you can put strawberrys on top or blueberrys. special K and fresh fruit addad to it is healthy and really good. anything to drink for breakfast is fine exept for pop and really sugary juices. make sure you dont eat until your full. eat until you dont feel hungary anymore. sandwhiches for lunch is pretty bland but helps with weight-loss if you put the right stuff on it. PB and J isnt a really good idea for lunch because peanut-butter is fattening and Jam has a lot of sugar. put lettuce, tomatoes, meat, and any condaments you want on it. water is best to drink at lunchtime because its healthy, free, and easy to get. the part of the day when you eat lunch is the time when you're most active so its very important to eat foods with high amounts of energy or just really healthy ones. if you feel more energetic, youll be able to run and excersize more than ever which will help you lose weight. dinner is easy. make sure you have a healthy portion of each food group and as little salt as possible without the food tasting bland.
leaving one food group out isnt going to mess up your "diet" so dont be a freak about getting every single one in. make times in your day when you can just relax and watch t.v. or go on the computer or something. make sure this time doesnt take up your whole day. you want to be active for as long as you possibly can. when i said "dont snack all day" i didnt mean dont snack at all. if youre really active all day and you dont eat anything besides breakfast, lunch, and dinner you might faint or feel dizzy. all you need to do when you feel like you want to snack is just grab an apple or orange from the fridge. even apple sauces and fruit cups are fine. when you get hungary during the day and its not time for lunch or dinner or anything, you have to make sure you eat something little. remember, its all about the energy. just eating good food wont help you lose as much weight as you could if you had high amounts of energy. when you have energy youre going to want to move around no matter what. go onto different health websites to see which foods have high amounts of energy. eggs are a good source of energy which is all i know. . just try my ideas to see if they work. if they dont work, talk to someone who has gone on a diet and find out which type of diet worked best for them. its really important that you dont keep bouncing from diet to diet, be sure you should try one before you actually do. if you keep messing up your eating habits, youll mess up your motabolism (not sure i spelt that right) and your motabolism is the main sorce of weight loss youll have. good luck
