there are many things you can do. first of all, try to make sure to take either midol or another pain killer like ibuprophen BEFORE it starts hurting. this will prevent it from ever getting that bad in the first place.
also, if you know the routine very well and about exactly when your cramps will become excruciatingly bad, you can go exercise about an hour before or so. or even earlier that day. exercise releases endorphines, a hormone that is a natural pain killer. it will also boost your mood.
if it doesn't ever get any better, have your mom take you to the doctor so you can get a perscription for birth control pills. BC pills aren't only for protecting you from pregnancy. they regulate your period, they lessen your cramps and usually make your period lighter/last shorter, they can with acne... and it's also a very common thing for girls to be put on the pill for ovarian cysts, which you might have. that would cause your period to be much more painful.

I understand completely. There are some NSAIDs like Ibuprofen, Advil, and Aleve that can with the cramps. When you are on your period, it is a good idea to exercise if you regulary get cramps. If there is no other way that could work, you can ask your parent or guardian to take you to your family doctor to prescribe a higher doze OR you can choose birth control for which I highly do not advise because many of the lab produced compounds cause heart attacks, strokes, pulmonary embolism, osteoprosis, and early aging. I used to take birth control for a common condition such as Stein Leventhal Syndrome which was a type of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome also known as PCOS for which you very well may have. The pain I experience everyday is different for which I am having surgery for but if you get your symptoms checked by a medical professional, then you will be better off because you will eventually find out what your precise condition is by diagnosis.
