I am getting braces on Monday and I am so nervous about if it will hurt or whatever. I am aware of the contributions my parents have made in order for me to have perfect teeth, but I do not think anyone will want to wear braces for 4 years. I am a sophomore in highschool, and will have to wear them through my freshman year in college. I am wondering what color options they have, Apparently there is an option to have clear rubber bands so that it is less noticable, Is this true?Any advise on what I should do and what pain killer I should use?

Hey considering i already had braces i can probably u on this one...when u get them on it doesnt hurt at all but then later that night they hurt for some people but others they dont u see my mom is a dentist and so she has seen millions of people and heard many stories about braces and she knew this one girl that got hers on in the morning and then had a STEAK for dinner that night! and they didnt hurt her at all...so pray u will be as lucky as her and many others! and as far as colors go i dont think u should do the clear ones cuz i think they look like u are trying to hide your braces and of course everybody knows it so i would suggest just to take um like a man! ! and just pick the colors u like...but depending on your personality i wouldnt choose a combination like Neon orange and lime green cuz that will probably clash with a most of your clothes... well i hope this ed u so good luck!

Well, I just got my braces yesterday, but I'm not gonna say whih color you should pick, but my friend had her braces for a while, and she says if you take back, it might look like you teeth is dirty, so I would try to avoid black...
