What was your first reaction? Well, mine started out brown the first time so I thought I had pooped in my pants xD
How did you feel? I was really freaked out, but at the time I didn't think it was my period.

| When I started my period, I was at home and ten years old. The way I reacted was go to the bathroom and get one of Mom's pads and tell her what is going on so she can tell medical professionals, emergency crew, in case if anything has ever happened. | |

What were you doing?: Was in P.E. class. My stomach started to hurt so I went to the bathroom.
How old?: 14. A month or two before my 15th birthday.
What was your first reaction?: Crap! Why did I have to start now?!

| I was on a school trip in another country ,when i was 12 w/o my parents or ne one i really knew then i was like ohh crap luckliy my mom gaave me pads in my suit case . and i delt with it then i got a really bad flu and my unlce picked me up cuz he lives overseas and the whole time i wanted to tell his wife so bad but i couldnt so i didnt say anything untill i got home and casually mentioned it to my mom . But i do wish i would have mentioned it to my aunt cuz now we are kind close. | |

I was at home, just woke up on my birthday turning 12!
What was your first reaction? How did you feel?
I already learned about menstruation at that point, so I wasn't surprized or afraid. It was just "interesting" that I got it and to say "Oh look, I finally got my period!". It was  to know I could start having babies... haha.
I felt ok, I mean I finally noticed the "drippy" feeling when the flow is coming out. I didn't have cramps or anything and I didn't feel any different. I went to the washroom and put on a pad and that was the end of it. I did record it in my diary, so that's why I remember so clearly..  | |
