How can anyone force some else to wear a tampon? Yes I overpower him and insert a tampon (every month) over and over again! If you wear a tampon it is because you want to . If you had to wear one for a week every month you would not think it was . I know of no other girl who looks forward to wearing a tampon or pad.

I caught my brother with maxi pads in his room, and upon further investigation, under his bed were two pairs of satin panties each with a maxi pad in it. I found at a later date his stash and he had pads under there that neither myself or my mom use, I use Stayfree, mom uses Always and he had Kotex under there, so he I think he bought them, more power to him cause I don't like going up to the counter with pads as a lady. I have never said anything to him or behind his back about them before, so no one knows. I wonder why he wears them.

Wow Jen. What prompts you to be so understanding towards your brother? Although it is technically his choice of what he decides to do and what his likes/dislikes are, I doubt other girls would have the same calm reaction as you did. I'm not quite sure how I'd react too if my brother the same thing and I stumbled upon something like that. Indeed, he sure is comfortable enough to be able to buy such items on his own. I remember a long time ago, there was a thread similiar to this about boys using girl products. There were lots of negative comments made about the "normality" of such boys using products intended for us. It is surprizing to see the way you have approached this and haven't spoke to him or told your parents about what he is doing.

I kind of don't see it as my place to say something to him, if he wishes to spend money on pads and panties, that's fine with me. Frankly, I would rather not know why he wears them. However, since they were Stayfree, I would assume he likes the softness. In addition, I think it would be extremly embarrassing for him to find out that I know he has pads. Also, it is not my place to rat him out, if he went into my room and found condoms, I would not want him to tell my parents.
....if I found tampons in his room, then there would be reason to tell parents because they can cause damage if stuck you know where...
