Sex is a very enjoyable part of life and a great time to express for one another. I don't see why menstruation should discount sex. Will it be messier? Of course, but that does not mean it can't happen. For the sake of cleanliness anyways, I would advise your partner use a condom (unless he really enjoys blood on his aherm).
