i have really fair skin and my mom doesnt let me tan..my legs turn purple with like white spots....soooo embarrasing..also i get these bumps from shaving but there not razor burn..i went to the derm. and they went away for a little while and now there back..i dont know what to do...its really embarrasing....i need !!!

Maybe you can ask your mom if you can use a self tanner. You wont get any damage to your skin and you will be tan!!
