does anyone know how to grow taller, my sis had scoliosis and she had surgery, now shes like almost 2 inches taller.. does anyone know how to grow taller? i am 13 and 5"0.. ish.. please .. thanx | |

| Actually yeah. Even if you get just better posture overtime you will grow like 1/2 to maybe an inch. | |

I had surgery for scoliosis, and I grew too. I went from being 4'11" to 5'1"; the year after I grew another inch and a half, but I am not growing anymore.
If you are only 13, don't worry about it. chances are, you still have another growth spurt to go through, especially if you started your period withing the last two years, or have not started it yet. Practicing good posture can you reach your optimal height, as can some excersizes like yoga or pilates. | |

| she only grew after her surgery because her back was finally straight. it was bent when she had scholiosis. yours should be straight right now if you don't have scholiosis. but if you're only 13, you still have plenty of growing to do. it would be ridiculous to get surgery just to make you grow an inch or two. | |

| Scoliosis is a spinal issue that causes growth problems too which is normal to grow taller after the road is placed onto the spine. | |
