i never ever get cramps during my period. i dont get any headaches. i only wear pads but i still go on with everyday activities such as running alot and playing basketball and stuff. does anyone else never get cramps during their period? am i abnormal or lucky????

same here, i have never got a cramp durring my period, i read in seventeen magazine that only every 3 out of 4 ppl get cramps durring there period so i guess were lucky, and its normal.

nope that normal i dont get cramps most of my period but my mom never had cramp till she got pregnate(after she had the baby)

I didn't for two years although lately I've been getting them but just for one day and not even all the time. Anyway, you're just lucky!!!!!!

I never used to get cramps during my period, but now I get them about one day during and a few days before. Staying active s ease cramps, so if you're playing sports a lot, that could explain why you never get them.

You are normal. You don't have to have cramps during your period to be healthy by any means necessary. Several will think you are rather lucky and one thing I can tell you is that I go through pain almost everyday in a different area and it does hurt a lot.

I know what you mean bout getting them but don't speak too soon. I used to get this weird thing where i would feel physically sick, shakey, cold and faint all at once but i thought "hey at least i don't get cramps". Guess what i got the following months, i never realised how painful they actually are, i salute the girls who get them every period and just get on with it, i get them every other and are absolutely floored with them!!!

I get cramps rarely during before, during or after my period. I probably get them more from just general stomach aches from not eating (or over eating) more than due to my cycle. I do get them during my period if I'm particuarly reckless with my health (staying up too late, not eating properly, etc) before or during my period - and I know it's my fault and the cramps then kick in. Otherwise, I still continue about daily life, not a big fan of medication even when I do get cramps. I still go to school, work, entertainment and exercise normally with either pads or tampons, whatever I feel up to the mood at the time I change.

I almost never get cramps I never wear pads so I guess tampons have no effect on me getting cramps. Sometimes on my first or second day i get a little but that is rare.
