nope, Cowgirl, not really much truth to that at all really.
first, comparing 3 of my ex's, one is 5' 6", and wears a size 7 1/2-8 shoe, one is 5' 3", and wears a size 8-8 1/2 shoe, and the other is only 5' 0", and also wears a size 7 1/2-8 shoe.
now, going by some of my close friends, it's actually more like, taller people have Smaller feet and smaller people have Bigger feet! 
some examples of some my friends with their initials: =)
"K" is 5' 9 1/2", and her shoe size is 8 1/2-9.
"L" is 5' 3", and her shoe size is 9- 9 1/2!!
then, Both "C" and "E" are only 5' 2", (ok, one is 5' 2 1/2") =), and, No Kidding, i Swear, Both of their shoe sizes are 9 1/2-10!!!!  yes, one Can wear a size 9 in Some shoes, but not the other, and that's it!
so, so much for that theory, huh?? 
btw, Cowgirl, what's your height and shoe size? any truth to that with you or no? just curious, plus, i Love cowboy boots on girls! Very sexy! was curious what size your boots are, too. 
but also curious why you were curious, and where your shoe size and height fits in?
