Hey guys/gals...just wondering, have any of you had Achilles Tendonitis? I have it right now, and have since January of last year. Its SO painful....I HATE it. I'm in physical therapy but i was wondering if anyone has any tips. It almost had healed but I reinjured it...and half to start over again  . Thanks...aim: lorealkids82 | |

okayy you need to go too a chiropractor because physio therapists are just gonna suck teh money out of you and not do anything to  ...my grammpa went to one and wasted like 3000 dollars and then he switched to my chiro. and she gave him 1 app. and sent him to the hospital for an MRI ad DIDNT waste his time | |
