I don't suffer from seizures as in epilepsia or any other related illness. But since my friend died 3 years ago I've suffered from, what I suppose could be described as anxiety attacks. An overwhelming urge overcomes me and I have to hit out. I can't control it. I get all out of breath and I have to throw something or hit something. Once it happened at a friends house and I ripped down her shower curtain and squeezed the soap so hard I cut myself with my own nails! Is this normal? I have every respect for her and her property but there was nothing I could do to control it. Nothing at all. I've trashed my dad's house on several occasions and smashed the mirror in my room. What can I do to stop this? What is it?? Somebody me please.... Laken x x x

| Focus on your self control, or when you feel the anxiety coming on, try running outside, or punch on a punching bag. | |

| Well, if this happens often then I could suggest interventional therapy. If this is only one incident, then I wouldn't worry too much. | |

| If you trashed your father's house up with destructed property, I'd aim for something to destruct that isn't so valuable. Sometimes, breaking a lot can get the energy out of you to keep you calm in the future. | |

The anxiety can be getting out of control here. I highly suggest you get some intervention. Honestly, it does seem as if you have obsessive compulsive problems with squeezing things due to a past tragic event. If you see a therapist, he or she is very likely to you curb this crave to squeeze bottle and ease your apprehensions when you start thinking about past events that had a tremendous impact on you. Good luck! -Emily
