| hi my name is melissa and im 13 years old. my Grandmother (my mums mom)is 57 and had lung cancer a little while back and had to have one lung removed since then the cancer has spider webbed up to her brain and now she has two brain tumers. she had to have spot radiation for the tumers so they could shrink which they are but her brain is swelling. she is not her self anymore . my aunt got a letter from the docter telling us that the cancer is terminal my mum is taking it the hardest of everybody because shes the one that has to bring her to the docters appt. at a hospital that is like 50 miles out of the way,she is also the one that had to clean her apartment because she can no longer live by herself. i have seen the toll this cancer has taking on my grandmother she can no longer use her left side. i just wanted to offer my condolances to anyone dealing with this disease or who has it themself i know what its like and how it can affect you. | |

| Wow, that is terrible. How is it doing since then (I see that this post is three years old). I hope she survives and makes the best of her life. My thoughts go out to you. -Take care | |

| Melissa, I'm the same person but the reason I understand your thoughts is that my grandmother had Endometrial Cancer at the age of 21. I'm sorry to 'dig up' the topic again. | |
