What is the difference between an anxiety attack and a panic attack? I have panic attacks all of the time (I can't breathe or move and I get scared I'm gonna die) but it's not for no reason at all. Is this the same thing as an anxiety attack?

in a nut shell the are pretty much the same thing. either way you feel anxious and you can get nauseous, tremble, have trouble breathing..

Well...A panic attack is an extreme episode of panic to where you faint, usually. An anxiety attack is where you have a constant sense of anxiety for a long period of time.
