What is the difference between an anxiety attack and a panic attack? I have panic attacks all of the time (I can't breathe or move and I get scared I'm gonna die) but it's not for no reason at all. Is this the same thing as an anxiety attack? xx Jess xx | |

| Well...A panic attack is an extreme episode of panic to where you faint, usually. An anxiety attack is where you have a constant sense of anxiety for a long period of time. | |
