Pregnancy Help?! Please Help!

OK, so to start off, I'm on birth control (necon 7/7/7) and I've always had my boyfriend wear a condom when we have sex.. so I've always been careful, except one time, we bought those VCF's, but it didn't dissolve all the way... a week or so later I got my period, and everything seems normal.. I don't seem to be having any pregnancy symptoms, but my stomach is a little hard, and getting sort of big.. I thought maybe I was just bloated but my period "stopped" yesterday, and it still kinda looks and feels like that.

I hear about these people being pregnant but still having their period. None of my periods have been late or skipped, your probably thinking "why is she so worried then, just go take a test.." well I'm scared to take a test, it sounds foolish but I'm super scared. I'm just scared about the end effects that could happen if I was.

Please don't say stuff like "keep your legs closed.." And yes, if I'm not ready to have a kid I shouldn't be having sex, I know. .. Should I be worried or am I just being way too worried for no reason?

I know you're probably going to say my best bet is to just go take a test.. but at the moment I'm broke, and am very worried about it being positive.

I would really appreciate all the help and advice that i can get, so please help me!

yah I'd say to find a Planned Parenthood in your area and they can def give you a free test and you out with any other concerns. Birth control can fail..even when taken perfectly it's still like 97% effective or something. But I mean yeah it sounds like you already know what you have to do, you just don't want to do it. Just take the damn pregnancy test and get it over with.

Hey, Well I have a 19 month old baby and I was 18 when I got pregnant so I know what your going threw. It can be very scary. I was 2 weeks late on my period and I finally decided to make my fiance get me a test and it came out positive but it was a cheap pregnancy test and the results were a lil blurry so I told my mom that night and she bought me a clearblue pregnancy test and it was positive. I started getting real bad morning sickness that day too. So it takes a few weeks for the morning sickness to come in if you ever have any while being pregnant. I honestly dont think your pregnant if your still on birth control and have been using it correctly. If you dont have any money to get a PG test I would recommend going to the Health Department and tell them you want one and they will let you take one for free and tell you the test results. I know its very nerveracking and kinda embarrassing but it will put your mind and ease knowing. Now I wouldnt trade my son or anything. He truly is a blessing. Goodluck and just try to relax.
