Neck Rash

It's really weird. Every time I drink alcohol my neck starts going all blotchy and red. It doesn't matter if I drink enough just to be tipsy, or very drunk. My neck goes red everytime! Sometimes I get this same rash just randomly throughout the day.

Could it possibly be diabetes because I'm drinking pure sugar and getting a reaction? I read something about that on the internet. I hate this rash. Everyone always asks me whats wrong with me but I dont know! I feel fine, I just get this stupid rash!!!!!!!!!!! This also happens to my mom as well.

Help, help, help!

It may be diabetes, but hopefully not! Anyway, try to drink alcohol as rarely as possible... :P
