V8 V-Fusion
I wish I could say I'm a healthy eater, but I can't make that claim. This doesn't mean my eating habits are completely unhealthy; I'm your average college female: classic hot line, an occasional burger, pizza, and Marble Slab once a week. However, I'm not a heavy soda drinker. I may drink a 16 ounce with dinner; though it's usually Mountain Dew, the worst possible choice. I like to think I redeem myself with the amount of juice I consume during the week.

In my younger years, I'd have Minute Maid apple or fruit punch juice. I liked Sunny D too, especially their Fused Orange Strawberry, which I believe is still relatively recent. I grew up and grew out of the small bottle sizes.

One of my best friends has a three-year-old, so she always has juice. Most of the time it's V8 Splash. I tried it, liked it. I went grocery shopping, thinking I'd pick up some for myself. Instead, another V8 product caught my eye: V-Fusion. There are five flavors available: Strawberry Banana, Tropical Orange, Peach Mango, Pomegranate Blueberry, and Acai Mixed Berry. Originally, I chose Strawberry Banana and wasn't a fan, but I decided to try Peach Mango and Acai Mixed Berry. From there on out, I've gotten bottles whenever I go grocery shopping.

These juices are supposed to be really good for you. The web site states there's no added sugar in any of them. And, surprisingly to me, Campbell Soups are responsible for V-Fusion. :) I've haven't tried Tropical Orange or Pomegranate yet, so if anybody has, let me know how they are! :)

It's true that they have a lot of natural sugar, but I wouldn't worry about your teeth -- in things like soda it's the acidic properties that are causing most of the damage, not the sugar (not that it's good for them, but it's no big deal if you brush your teeth twice a day or more).

Fruit juices contain a lot of natural sugar and therefore are bad for your teeth. You should always dilute your fruit juice.
