Lower, Middle, and Upper Back
Hey, I don't know why, but for the past year or so my back has been a painful mess. Every single day at least one part of my body is in pain. There really is no reason why I get these pains though. When I lift weights, I do it properly. I sit up with my back straight, not hunched over. My bed isn't all springy and old. Every day it seems like I can't sit in one spot for over thirty minutes without it hurting. I am seriously tired of this and would like to know how to ease the pain. Yes, I have gone to the chiropractor, but the pain always returns soon after. Can someone please give me some solutions that could help me out?
