Nose
No one is perfect, and I know that. I want to change my nose more than anything; having it changed will improve my confidence massively, and I'm prepared to pay for it if it makes me happy. People say whatever makes YOU happy is the only thing that matters, and that will make me happier. One thing that I did read ages ago on a web site was someone who put "whoever you are, own it". That is something everyone should think about. Yeah, it doesn't matter about what you look like, but it does to me and probably to everyone else. If people are telling you to "be happy with who you are," then I say forget that because you'll be a lot happier with a new nose.
