Really Annoying Nose

I have a big nose to begin with, and I'm OK with that. My girlfriend says it goes well with my other facial features. First of all, my nose is covered with black heads; not the ones that stand out and look weird but the ones that are more subtle. They're are so many of them it looks like part of my skin. But with a closer look there are clearly so many of them. I've tried creams and stuff, but nothing's worked. That's only one problem, and compared to the others this doesn't matter; I can deal with it.

Most of the problems I have with my nose are on the inside. Where should I start? I have allergies pretty much all year-round. I do what I can with that. I used to box, and I've broken my nose a couple of times but nothing that serious. When I boxed I would get nosebleeds a lot, and I had to have a blood vessel cauterized and that seemed to fix that problem. But a few things weren't fixed. I believe I have a deviated septum, but I'm not sure. If I push the septum to the left it bends normally, but when I push it to the right it bends MUCH farther and without discomfort, and that can't be normal.

My left nostril is bigger than the other which does affect my breathing a little. Also, I don't know if it was the cauterization or something else, but there's a cut on the inside of one of my nostrils on the septum pretty close to the opening, and it's been there for at least a year. It won't heal. It's like a constant scab on the inside of my nose, and it's really annoying. Hm, what else?

My nose is constantly dry and itchy. It is constantly running. I can never breathe out of both of my nostrils at the same time. I'm not sure how normal any of this is, but I don't really care. I just want to know if there's anything I can do to help my nose. I don't know what allergies or what - is it because it's broken or what? Is because of the cauterization? I just know what is bothering me. I don't know if the skin in there is just plain unhealthy or what. I just have a really annoying nose.
