Little Red Bumps...

I slept with a guy about a year ago, and a few months after that I slept with another guy. Then I started getting these painful red bumps on the inside of my thighs and around my butt. My mom saw the ones on my thighs and told me it was sores my jeans had rubbed on my thighs. This summer they've gotten worse, and I haven't worn jeans. I'm really worried about them. They are also really embarrassing. My current boyfriend just thinks they are razor bumps or ingrown hairs, but they've gotten even worse recently like within the past few days. So I'm really starting to worry. Any idea of what these might be?

you should make an appointment with your gyn as soon as possible. if it ends up being more serious than razor burn, he/she can you with treatment options. FYI genital herpes and genital warts arent always just located on your vagina, they can be on your bikini line, anus, or thighs. good luck with everything.
