Bed Wetting

In my sleep I wet my bed, so my step mom makes me wear Good Nites. It's really embarrassing, especially when my sisters have their friends over. My step mom has my older sisters change my Good Nites everyday. I have six sisters, so they take turns. I try and hide them so nobody can see them, but my step mom is not so good at keeping it a secret. So my sisters' friends all know. My friends know, but they don't care. My doctor can't think of a way to fix it either. I wear diapers every night, but I think I'm going grow out of it soon.

it's fine that you wet the bed i used to wet a lot when i was about 13. now it happens like every now 2 months. I just clean it up my self. What you need to do is right before you get in bed just go to the bathroom even if you don't have to go. Then set your alarm for like a random time in the middle of the night and get up and go. this will put you on a scheldule and it should your body get used to when you have to go. As for the goodnights well i bought them for myself and my mom took them from me. But you should tell your mom (or step mom) that you can change yourself. And when your sisters have friends over just put some underwear on over the goodnights so they cant see them, then when you get in bed just slip the underwear off so you only have your goodnights on

bed wetting is nothing to be ashamed of. its actually got a diagnosis called enuresis. you could be wetting the bed if you were ever traumatized...sexual abuse is a big reason, or if you had a bad experience with a bed, like breaking your leg while falling off it at a young age. you should see a specialist though. there are meds you can take. i do seriously hope your kidding when you say your sisters change them for you, because thats soooooo inappropriate if your really 15..... -ash

You cant it if you do that, try not to be ashamed or anything. I think you should speak to your step mum or whoever else at home and say that you want to sort you own things out, because if your doing it yourself were's the problem, its one less thing for other people to do !

hey chris. that sux, but i wet my bed 2. alot of people do. i have 2 wear pampers 2 bed 2, cus my mom says goodnites leak 2 much[which they do]. u shouldnt need changing goodnites cus there just like regular underpants-they just pull up like training pants. u should ask ur mom if u can change urself. i get changed 2, but its only cus i cant get my pampers on that good, but with goodnites i can change myself, and u should ask ur mom if u could.
