My Mom's Ear Surgery
A few years back, my mom underwent one ear surgery. Nobody thought the problem was in the ear, as all what my mom felt was dizziness and imbalance. We went and consulted a general physician, and he said the imbalance might be because of an ear problem. We then consulted an ENT specialist and discovered my mom had some hole in the ear. It was a big surgery, and my mom got her BP raised by getting really nervous; we were so glad when it ended up well. It's been three years now, and she is feeling great without any problem. But it is just fascinating to know what all this little ear holds for us! The ears are not just for hearing, I suppose.

Yes, I can agree it is interesting, especially when my brother's eustation tube was crooked and was going deaf. Thankfully, we got him help fast to where he wasn't deaf at all. I've never had any ear issues that required surgery. Just the only three surgeries I have had were 2 times of dental surgery and had an adenotonsilectomy when I was eleven.
