Well, with my sleep it's odd. I go to sleep and either wake up in the night 2 or 3 times or I toss and turn in my sleep, or both. I know I toss and turn because when I wakeup in the morning my beds all over the place and I've moved down the bed. Also, I must move a fair bit because my matress moves too.

I do sometimes wakeup feeling like rubbish and with a headache. My mouth is usually dry and I can taste blood which is odd.

hmm, i do something like that too. i don't wake up with a headache though. i know i toss and turn and wake up sometimes. for some reason i wake up even when i'm too tired to even open my eyes. sometimes i can taste blood, but that's just recently, in the winter. i have abnormally dry lips so part is from that, and i have a cough so part may be from that. i dunno what yours may be.

Yes you need to see some body it could be very bad are you depressed? because that can happen when you are depressed.
