A Painful Itch, Sometimes Blood, I'm Worried

Hi. I have recently become sexually active. I was used to the itching from shaving and having my period, but after the sex (it was unprotected) and shaving, on the very top (where the hair starts, like right in between the tip top of the lips) I think I feel a small bump. When I wipe, it bleeds like very very lightly. It itches a lot, and I do have a nasty discharge. It's yellow and unfortunately to say, cottage cheese textured. Anyone been through this or know what it may be? Could it be an ingrown with a yeast infection?

The way you described your discharge and the way it itches sounds just like a yeast infeaction. You can either go to the doctor or go to the store and buy some yeast infection medicens and it should go away. If it doesnt then you should go to the doctor.
