Tell Me What You Think...
Every night I don't fall asleep till about three in the morning, and every morning I wake up at about 5:30 with no issues. I function just fine the next day, but towards the end of the week I crash for 12 hours. The process starts over every week, so I'm wondering what's going on with my body. I try to sleep at ten every night, but I can't; I toss and turn till about three. My parents don't notice till the end of the week that I don't get enough sleep. The problem really is I hate to be idle. By idle I mean that I'm doing nothing, just sitting. That's what bothers me the most. Try getting up after nine hours sleep in the weekend. This should improve your sleep during the week.

that happens to me all the time!! i still havent found the solution, but what i try to do is to go to bed at 10 so i can fall sleep at least at 1am... i take dance classes 3 times a week, and i believed it could help but when i go to bed is worst! i start thinking about wo i danced with, to wh i talked to, which step should i improve.~!!! i hate this!!

I don't know what you might have, but it does happen to me sometimes. Maybe you should start doing something that tires you during the day. Maybe take dancing classes, start a new sport, walk around, do aerobics, just do something if you have the time for it. Maybe you're restless because you still have a lot of energy left.
