Tell Me What You Think...
Every night I don't fall asleep till about three in the morning, and every morning I wake up at about 5:30 with no issues. I function just fine the next day, but towards the end of the week I crash for 12 hours. The process starts over every week, so I'm wondering what's going on with my body. I try to sleep at ten every night, but I can't; I toss and turn till about three. My parents don't notice till the end of the week that I don't get enough sleep. The problem really is I hate to be idle. By idle I mean that I'm doing nothing, just sitting. That's what bothers me the most.
