Does Wearing a Bra to Bed Cause Boobs to Sag?
I am a 36DD, and I wear my bra to sleep because it's more comfortable for me. Anyway, I was talking to a friend, and she told me that wearing a bra to bed makes your boobs sag. I am kind of convinced that it doesn't, but maybe she is right. I guess it doesn't really matter if it does, since my boobs are so big they automatically sag, which I think is so gross! I really wish they didn't! Every time I bend down my boobs pop put out of my bra. It's so weird and very annoying. I don't understand why it happens. I'm pretty sure I wear the right bra size because it fits my boobs well. Does this happen to any of you?

Kristen is right. Try getting higher end bras. "Body" by victoria's secret make great bras for those with large breasts. Look for a bra with fuller coverage if you notice yourself popping out. As far as I see it, buy 3-4 really good quality bras that fit well (get a bra lady to help you!)I think every girl should have;
a convertable bra (that goes strapless, halter, criss cross etc)
a nude bra for light coloured shirts, seamless is great!
two everyday bras (seamless and very comfy)
I think it makesmore sense to buy 3 $40 bras that fit great and offer great shape and support than 6 $20 bras that sort of fit and wont last too long. Sometimes price doesn't mean quality, but atleast with big department stores, they will take things back if you're nit satisfied!

First off, wear a bra to bed if you really want to but it's not going to cause your breasts to sag or not sag. I wear a 32DDD and only rarely do I wear a bra to bed - it's just plain old uncomfortable!

Next, you said that your breasts fall out of your bra if you bend over. I hate to tell you this, but either you are wearing the wrong size bra or the bra you are wearing is the wrong style for you. There's no way you should fall out of your bra if you bend over. The first thing you should do is go get yourself measured and then correctly fitted. Go to a high-end department store or better, a specialty lingerie shop where you can try on several different sizes and styles of bras to find that perfect bra that contains your breasts.

It took me a long time to finally come to terms with my size. I was wearing a 34DD and totally uncomfortable with myself - constantly adjusting my bra and fighting shoulder strap pain. When I got measured and fitted into my 32DDD the world changed!! Now I am comfortable in my bra, don't have to fight shoulder strap pain because my breasts are being supported from underneath where they should be supported.

I like my breasts to relax at night when I'm sleeping. Yes, sometimes they do get in the way, but you can always wear a tank top or an undershirt to keep them more contained. Bras are pretty uncomfortable to wear to bed as far as I'm concerned.
