Healthy Skin Tips?
My name is Lauren, and I started getting minor acne around seventh or eighth grade. I tried a prescription from my dermatologist for a year, but it didn't work. After trying tons of different products, I am now using ProActiv and sticking with it. It appears to be working well for me. I used to have lots of bumps on my forehead that were skin colored and are gone now. I just get a few occasional pimples.
I know that the food you eat does not trigger acne, but it can make your skin appear better. I was wondering if anyone had some tips to make my skin a little more healthier. I tend to eat a lot of sweets, but I try to eat fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. If you have any extra tips, please respond! Thanks!
