Healthy Skin Tips?
My name is Lauren, and I started getting minor acne around seventh or eighth grade. I tried a prescription from my dermatologist for a year, but it didn't work. After trying tons of different products, I am now using ProActiv and sticking with it. It appears to be working well for me. I used to have lots of bumps on my forehead that were skin colored and are gone now. I just get a few occasional pimples.

I know that the food you eat does not trigger acne, but it can make your skin appear better. I was wondering if anyone had some tips to make my skin a little more healthier. I tend to eat a lot of sweets, but I try to eat fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water. If you have any extra tips, please respond! Thanks!

Make sure you wash your face 2 time sa day. NEVER go to bed with make up on.The makeup clogs your pores.
Also, keep those hands off of your face.Keep doing what you're doing,and you should be fine.
