Diet
Hey everyone I thought this could be helpful. There is always a prevalent shawdow lerking over us, the foods we eat and how they will effect our bodies. There are millions of diets out there. What I think is that in order to keep fit you can't go on a diet, crash/fad diets are horrible, it has to be a daily lifestyle. For the body in burn as much calories, in a healhy way, you should eat smaller meals every 4-6hours. The best thing is to eat leaner meats which are high in protein. Chicken, turkey and fish are great; red meats have more fat. Eat lots of veggies and fruits, they have very little calories and they have fiber and roughage which are very imporant. Carbs be weary, they are fine and healthy in moderation. Try multi grain breads/ pasta instead of white bread. It is ok to over indulge on occasaion just dont ake a habbit over it. Hope this helps!!!
