How Long is Too Long?
I've been having lower back pain since the sixth grade, and I'm going to the eleventh in September! I don't know what to do! The pain feels like my spine has a knot in it. I've been to many doctors over the years, but they can't seem to give me any relief. In April I was hit by a car, so that really aggravated it a lot. It's more intense than it was. I get adjusted regularly, but the little relief I get just doesn't last long. So that's why I've turned to my fellow teens because I know somebody has an answer for me. So what should I do? Any suggestions?

I know exactly how you feel. I have the same problem. I've had this "knot" for years. It drives me crazy. I've been to sooooooooooooo many doctors, a chiropractor, I even had physical therapy. The physical therapy was working WONDERS until my insurance decided to discharge me Now my back hurts 24/7. So yeah, I know how you feel. I recently bought this new ICYHOT back brace thing. It's this soft pouch thingy that you strap around your back (it can be worn around any area of the back.) and it comes with 2 heating discs that you put inside the pouch. the discs stay heated for about 1-2 days, then you have to go and get refills. It costs 25 bucks, but it's TOTALLY WORTH IT! It works like magic. You wear it under your clothes and it doesn't show through your clothes so no one knows you even have it on. There's also a coupon that comes inside the box for savings on refill discs. I hope I could be of some help to you :) No one deserves to live with this kind of pain for this long!! Good luck!!
