Confused - What Are These?
For about five months now I've started getting random little pimples in between my eyebrows. I have had perfectly clear skin for years, and my nutrtion is good because I don't eat rubbish; I eat plenty of salad and such. My brother also had the same kind of pimples when he was younger. Could this be inherited, and can I get rid of it? I am confused because I have used Clearasil and products like that, and they don't seem to do much for me. I have also started getting small pimples on the top of my back. I was wondering if anyone could help me with anything at all? Thanks!

Acne isn't triggered by the foods you eat. You could be the healthiest eater in the world and still have acne, it's clinically proven. It could be stress from school or friend/family problems. They will probalby go away in a week or so. If your brother had them, but didn't break out everywhere, they probably will fade.

The only thing I can think of is that it might be a type of ingrown hairs. You should talk to your doctor if it really bothers you. There is a certian lotion that is used for whatever the name of the skin problem is called, I can't remember, but the lotion softens the skin so the hair can break the surface without causing an bump. It was a prescription when I got it, but I think you can just get it by asking the pharmisist, its called Lac-Hydrin. You might have this type of ingrown hair, you can check to see if you have similair bumps on the backs of your arms and legs. You are only 16 and you say you have clear skin, but you may not have reached the point when you get acne. Hope I he|ped.
