Off Meds

I started anti-convulsents when I was seven and have always had problems with them. I am really sensitive to medication and always had really horrible side effects. My epilepsy isn’t really severe, and I have been getting better over the years. A few months ago I got my mom to let me go off meds and have been feeling great. The thing is I have had two spells of headaches and disorientation since January when I went off meds. I used to have complex partials like this and hope I am not really having a seizure. The thing is these kinds of things happened about as often when I was on meds, and I am in college, so it could be stress and sleep deprivation. I really don’t want to go back on meds, and because my doctor didn’t really support it, I am afraid to talk to anyone about it. I am just really afraid that I will have a bad seizure, and I will have to go back on meds for a long time.
