Hi guys. I was just wondering if anyone is having the same problem as I am. When I was younger I had stomach pains all the time, yeast infections, UTIs, and such. When I was 11 I got my first period, and it was horrible.

I am now 18 years old. When I was 15 I started having sex and decided to get my first pap smear. It came back bad. I had slight dysplasia. A few months later, it was further. I was the stage before cancer. When I turned 17 I got a biopsy done, and it was very close. So the doctor did a Leep Procedure. He was 110% sure he got everything. I thought I was healthy again, so I decided before it would come back I wanted to have a child. So indeed, I got pregnant.

When I went in to get my first prenatal visit, the tests came back that my bad cells were back again. But the doctor was sure it wouldn't affect my baby. I went in and out a few times getting blood work done. One blood test came back that my HCG level was low, so I was sent for my first ultrasound. I was so excited! I was watching the screen, and we saw no baby. So the nurse did a vaginal ultrasound. Still no baby. I had to go see my GYNO. It turned out, my baby had passed away. She was 17 weeks old.

I know this was due to my cervical problems, but my doctor denies it. Does anyone know anything about this that could talk to me about it? I live in WV, and the medical field here isn't as advanced as everywhere else. But I just thought I would share that with you guys. Thanks.

Oh My Gosh, you're my twin....... Same exact things happened to me in the same order........ You should definitly email me!!! My doctor said the same things except i was only 13 weeks with my baby died..

cerivcal cancer has nothing to do with losing a child and bad cells in a paspsmear doesn't always mean cancer sometimes they just show up with bad cells cause your pregnant (FYI I'm pregnant right now and I had bad cells show up) so no worries

Hi.. Im soo sorry for what youve had to go through, but i just want you to know that im almost certain that your cervical problem had nothing to do with your babys death, cancer isnt contagious and couldnt have killed your baby in that many weeks, your baby doesnt even touch your cervix. I hope you understand that sometime awful things like that happen and that it wasnt your medical condition that harmed your baby.
