Pimples, Acne, Blemishes?
First and foremost, like starting with skin, ie., your face! This is the 1st thing that we see every morning and we all worry about it, right?

Some people are just blessed with “perfect” skin and other people actually take care of their skin and that’s why it looks so great. However, some people “think” they are taking care of their skin but many teens and adults suffer from acne. There are many different causes of acne and different types of acne. There is no treatment, but I know what can help!

You have to have a daily regiment! You should wash your face twice a day. Once in the morning when you wake up or when you’re in the shower, and once at night before you go to bed.

1. Wash your face in the morning, using a “soft cleanser” (something that doesn’t have harsh chemicals or is an abrasive exfoliate) I recommend Clean & Clear. When washing your face use LUKE WARM water. Mix the cleanser and water together, lather and RINSE WELL.  Left over face wash can clog the pores.

2. Then tone the skin. You DO NOT use products containing alcohol. Try Clearasil pore pads.

3. Next you want to moisturize. Steps 2 and 3 help to maintain the ph of your skin. Try Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. You never want to use scented or lotion for the body; you want oil free FACE lotion.

Then you can continue with your make up. But it’s not necessary to wear make up if you want to let your skin breath. If you want to wear make up make sure that you are using a non-comedogenic foundation. I know that it’s a natural instinct to want to cover the blemishes that you have but you want them to heal. Putting all that stuff on your face to hide them will just clog your pores and cause more pimples. The less make-up the better, just use a light dusting of powder to absorb excess oil. Then maybe some blush and a lil’ eye make up. You want to enhance your best features

* At night or when your home for the rest of the night….

Girls you want to use a cotton ball and some lotion or make up remover if you have it and remove all your make up.

Follow steps one thru three

Over night treatments will not get rid of pimples by the next morning, but they may help to speed the process. Try clean & clear invisible blemish treatment or Avon “Clearskin” Overnight Blemish Treatment.

Other tips and great products

It’s great to exfoliate every couple of days to rid of the dead skin cells that may clog your pores and make your face look dull.

Treat your self to a relaxing facial mask once a week or every two weeks.

STOP TOUCHING YOUR FACE! Hands are very dirty and cause pimples. And when you do touch your face make sure your hands are clean. I know that everyone picks at their pimples. You don’t want to do that, but honestly I’m not going to walk around with a white head. So if it’s ready just make sure your hands are clean to prevent infection. But don’t pick and squeeze at the ones that aren’t ready. If you leave it alone it make go away, if you irritate it you can make it worse.

Try Nature's Cure! For years, I was always breaking out. I went to the dermatologist, and nothing ever worked like this. My face has been CLEAR since about 3 days after trying it. It's amazing!!! It's homeopathic...the pill balances your hormones, and the cream has benzoyl peroxide in it, which helps clear your skin. Oh, and my face was always dry and peeling too (for about 2 years)...it hasn't peeled either, which seems odd because of how harsh the cream is supposed to be. I think it all has to do with the hormonal balance. Buy it at Wal Mart...you won't regret it.
