Pantothenic Acid!
Sick of all those creams, scubs, lotions, masks, cleansers, and toners? I am too! I was surfing through the Net about a month ago, trying to find something new. I've tried it all, even Acutane, which worked for a while, then it all reappeared. I found a few sites mentioning Pantothenic Acid, also known as vitamin B5. It says that if taken in large dosages, it can make your acne disappear. There are also no side effects because it is a water-soluble pill. This means that your body only uses as much as you need; you pee the rest out.

I was skeptical too. I mean, why isn't this a major breakthrough or something? I bought a large bottle of the stuff and have been taking about 20mgs a day. It's a lot! My acne has gone down a lot, and all I have to do is take pills! My skin is less oily, and my pores are smaller. It will probably take a few months for it to all disappear, but it sure is worth it! Hope I helped!

acne isnt caused by what u eat...moron (justine). so much for being sensitive eh. anyways i think it sounds like a good idea. prolly not for my acne, cuz its always short term anyways, but for those who need it, it sounds like a healthy method

If you took just B5, wouldn't you have a deficiency of the other B vitamins?
Anyways, where did you get just the B5, because I dont think I've ever seen just a B5 pill. I have 'Super B' vitamins which have all the B vitamins, and so far I've been taking about half a pill a day. I know that you need a lot of B5 to make a difference but so far it seems all my pimples are going away and I'm not getting any new pimples on my face taking just 5.5 mg of B5, but I guess it depends on the person.
