Chiggers

I have been in the woods for the last 4 days and I got red bumps like everywhere. Well, I have them on my legs and all over my tummy! It stinks so much. They are red and they look like pimples but they are not. It stinks so bad. I don't know what to do. Could they be from a hot tub because I was in one over in the woods? Do you think it was like when I was exploring? Help me please, tell me what I should do! Oh yeah, I found little bugs and showed them to my dad and he said that they looked like chiggers.
