Unusual Allergies?
For the past two years I've been having allergic reactions to things I never used to, but apparently they run in the family: perfumes, body sprays, animals, and plants. The classic family allergies are becoming visible in me, but there's one that I've never heard of before. I seem to be allergic to Band-aid adhesive. Three out of four brands produced an allergic reaction on my skin, and I want to know if anyone else has experienced this before. Is there a medication that can be taken or a cream to make it better? Any advice or tips would be appreciated.

The best thing you could do is talk to your family doctor and see if an allergist is necessary or if he or she could help you in getting rid of those unusual skin allergies to body sprays, band aid, and etcetera. Not always is that something an allergist could cure or contain. Good luck. -Emily
