Allergy Question
My aunt took one of those allergy test where they prick you a bunch of times to see what you are allergic to. She found out like 40 things that she was allergic to. I know that one of them was like grass and another was cats. Why has she never had an allergic reaction to them? She can go outside and sit in the grass and nothing happens. She spends a lot of time at our house, and when we go away she takes care of my cat, and she has never had any problems. How can they say she's allergic if she can still be around these things? Does anyone know?

That happened to me with dogs. I went to one of those things and they told me i had allergies with dogs. But i never had any reactions. Sometimes you start having mild head aches for no reason, and they grow stronger and ull have mroe allergic reactions. So i had to eventually get rid of the dog.

I have no idea but I went to a specialist when I was a small child and had the "skin prick tests" I came up practically allergic to everything they tested me for, even things I had previously been in contact with and never had a reaction. I had to then have a course of allergy s hots. Some of my allergies I have grown out of and some I still have, for instance I have to carry around an adrenalin pen because of a nut allergy. Luckily, I've never had to use it and so far the prescription antihistamines the doctor prescribed me have always had a positive effect.

Sometimes you can have allergies that dont affect you. So although she is allergic to them the reactions are so minutely small she doesn't notice them

Hope That Helps
