Unbearable Kidney Stone Pain
A month ago, October 26th, to be exact, I woke up with this extremely bad pain on my left side to above my hip bone. I was in tears, restless, and throwing up acid every five minutes. That lasted three hours until I went to the ER. They did X-rays and CAT scans. Then, they diagnosed me with a kidney stone. They gave me painkillers, IV with medicine in it, and sent me on my merry-way.
Everything was cool. Until almost three weeks later, I got the pain again. I was shaking with really bad chills. I took two 500mg Vicadins, but those didn't help at all. Then I got sent to the ER again. They told me that my stone was almost out of the uterus and into the bladder.
So a week or so after that, I was on my field trip. It started hurting really bad at 9:45 am. I laid in the bathroom until twelve, thinking I was passing it because it hurt really bad when I urinated. Then they went to eat. I got extremely bad on the way home so the bus had to drive me to the ER. They gave me a shot of painkillers that stopped it. Then they did a CAT scan. The stone was in the bladder, but my whole uterus tube is inflammed.
But it hurts really bad when I urinate. The doctor said two days ago that I didn't have a Urinary Tract Infection, but I think I might. Did this ever happen to any of you? Please share your stone stories with me.
