What the Heck!!??
I have this slight problem. I walk really weird. Ever since I can remember, I have walked on my tiptoes. When I was really young (like 4), it wasn't really a problem; everyone thought it was really cute. Then I grew up. Throughout elementary school, the boys would make fun of me and say that I walked different. It really upset me. Sometimes I'd even go home crying. When I got to middle school, I made a lot of friends who didn't really notice my "walking" problem. Then when someone finally made a comment about it, I decided to change it. After that, I always thought about how I was walking. When I forgot to walk right, I'd start walking tip-toed again. Finally by eighth grade I stopped. But now I'm a junior, and I'm doing it again! Help! Does anyone have any suggestions or am I just totally weird? Does anyone have the same problem?

My neighbor used to do this as a little kid and the school made her get therapy for it. From what I see now she walks fine. You probably don't want to hear it, but I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it.

When I was younger I ALWAYS walked on my toes. I always wanted to be a ballerina(still do) I guess I don't really do it now, except when I'm barefoot. I always wear heels, so I guess that makes up for it, but when I take my shoes off I do walk kinda funny like that. I wouldn't worry about it, and hey, try wearing REALLY HIGH HEELS. I'm really short so I wear like 3 or 4 inch heels. Plus they're really cute too! Try it, if you already haven't Tell me how things go. Good luck!

Haha, there's this kid in our school and he walks and runs on his tiptoes, but, he's REALLY fast! He's the head quarterback. I'm a cheerleader and we all make fun of him at the games and call him twinkle-toes HeHe anyways everybody makes fun of him for it and he like bounces when he walks, it's really funny!

hey well dont worry your not the only person who does this. my brother does it and so does one of my ex-boyfriends. i always yell at my brother to stop doin it...i make fun of him for it all the time and now i realize its sumthin he really cant help. hes only 10 now and i only noticed it about a year ago, not even. but i dont know of anything that can help it. it doesnt bother him cuz he is still young. but i hope you find a solution for it. and its really not that noticeable only when your with the person everyday like i am with my brother. but like i said its not that noticeable and im sure not as many ppl notice it as you think. but good luck and if it bothers you that much i hope you find a solution...im sure you can ask your doctor about it.
