Try reflexology
I found hiIs article in one of my magazines it says : got a major stress headache? try this reflexology trick: pinch the tops of you big toes using your thumbs and index fingers and squeeze for 10 seconds (it should feel like a clothespin is clamped on your toe-- not painful , but so there's pressure. ) then release repeat 2-3 times until your headache is history.
