Sick Of Glasses

I have glasses, but I refuse to wear them. I have had glasses since 2nd grade. I look horrible in glasses, everybody tells me so. I think I should get contacts, but nobody thinks I'm responsible enough for contacts. I have to pay a dollar for everyday that I don't wear them, but I still won't wear them. The worst part is that I know that I need them, because I get headaches from not wearing them, and I can't take notes in science class because I can't see that far (my stupid teacher knows that I need glasses, so she puts me in the back of the class). I think that I would do good with contacts, because I'm afraid of what would happen without them. I don't know what to do, BUT I WILL NOT WEAR GLASSES.

just wear ur glasses and by wearing em u will show ur mom how responsible u are. plus u probally look cute with glasses. some of the test guys i've ever saw have em! seriously wear em!

Personally,i think u should just wear ur glasses,some guys can look cute in glasses,i know u said that people don't think u look good in them,but i think it's just the frames. And most times,if u see people who were wearin glasses for ages,and they suddenly get contacts,no offence to them-but they just look weord,they look much,much better with glasses on! And also, if ur mum thinks that ur too irresponsible and ur freind Jeff thinks ur unorganised,well maybe u just aren't suited to getting contacts! They need more care then glasses,and u don't want anything to happen to ur eyes do you?

If you want contacts, get them!......i got them last year when i started grade 8, and i found it really boosted my confidence!........they don't really take that much care, once you get used to them, and it only takes a few seconds to pop them in, then you can forget about your eyesight problem for the rest of the day!

I've only had glasses since near the end of 6th grade and I'm going to be a high school freshman when school starts, and I hate my glasses...Go get some contacts. They actually take more time caring for them unless you get the daily ones...Try to get a sample first and see if you like them.

wear your glasses it makes guys look cute and plus it will show that you are responsible and maybe after a while they will let you get contacts
